About Celere Health

A seasoned team of healthcare entrepreneurs and executives formed Celere Health.

Cofounders Jon Redmond and George McNulty most recently partnered to help create and launch TeamMD, a UnitedHealth Group Ventures initiative where Jon led operations as COO, and George led technology and innovation as CIO. TeamMD’s innovative clinical care model provided home-based, physician-led healthcare for the Medicare, Medicaid Frail Elder and Physically Disabled dual -eligible market.

Why We Created Celere Health

Our experience leading a national healthcare provider brought to light current limitations of telehealth solutions.

The solution and services brought forward by Celere Health fill a crucial gap in telehealth. The hundreds of disparate, non-integrated solutions all have the following limitations:

  • Lack of integration – Poor integration into clinical workflows and systems that create additional work for the healthcare professional.
  • Lack of Adoption – Siloed solutions not part of a broader engagement strategy result in poor utilization, adoption and results.
  • Hard to Use – Multiple systems’ user interfaces designed for younger and more technically adept users.

Celere Health’s telehealth integration platform solves these challenges

Celere Health’s mission is to meet the needs of providers and their patients in the real world. We provide the integration platform, common user experience and professional services necessary to make virtual care work.
